A Dubai-based developer has announced plans to bring a Nickelodeon Hotel to a development in Oman.
The developer, Dar Global, has revealed that the family-oriented hotel brand will be included in the mixed-use Aida project, in Muscat, which began construction in 2023. That development includes hotels, residences and golf across approximately 865 acres.
As for the newly announced Nickelodeon Hotel, it will feature 120 accommodations, ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom residences.
On the amenities front, guests can expect an Aqua Nick waterpark with slides and splash zones, themed dining venues, a Club Nick kids clubhouse and live entertainment, including game shows, character appearances and slime experiences.
The Nickelodeon Oman hotel joins a growing portfolio of Nickelodeon resorts located across the Dominican Republic, Mexico's Riviera Maya and Turkiye.
There’s also a Nickelodeon-branded resort on tap for the United States. The Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is preparing to open later in 2026. That property is being brought to life via a partnership with Lion Star Hospitality Inc., Everest Place and Paramount. It will will feature more than 400 hotel rooms and condo units (for purchase)
with unique themes, including suites inspired by iconic characters.
In
addition to luxe family-friendly amenities, the Orlando resort will offer guests
the chance to interact with Nickelodeon's most beloved franchises,
including SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
